Join Wisconsin Parkinson Association for a Parkinson’s-friendly rock climbing experience at Adventure Rock in Brookfield\, Wisconsin. \nNo climbing experience is needed\, and all abilities are welcome. Whether you’re an experienced climber or stepping onto the wall for the first time\, this is a chance to move at your own pace\, challenge yourself and have some fun. \nWhy Try Rock Climbing?\nRock climbing offers a fun way to stay active while working on movement\, balance and coordination\, three important areas of exercise for people with Parkinson’s. You can choose your own level of challenge and celebrate each step along the way. \nJust as important\, it’s a chance to connect with others\, enjoy a new experience and be part of a supportive community. \nCaregivers and care partners are welcome to attend as observers and cheer you on. \nThis is a Parkinson’s-specific event and is open to people of all abilities.
