Clinical Research
Research plays an important role in improving treatments and advancing our understanding of Parkinson’s disease. Wisconsin is home to several institutions conducting Parkinson’s research and clinical trials.

The Wisconsin Parkinson Association works closely with movement disorder specialists across the state to connect individuals and families with trusted Parkinson’s care and expertise.
Movement disorder specialists are neurologists with advanced training in Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders. The following Wisconsin programs provide specialized Parkinson’s care.
